Terms And Conditions

We want you to love your beads - so we offer no quibbles returns - including original postage**.
Please contact us with order details, within 7 working days of receipt.
Return postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless item is incorrect or faulty). We recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery for your peace of mind.
Items should be received back in original, unused, resaleable condition, with a copy of the invoice, within 30 days from the order date.
Made to order items (including items cut to order), and wholesale items ordered in specifically for you, are not returnable unless faulty.
A 'restocking' fee or other such penalty is never applied.
** When charged, and whole order is returned - your intention to cancel must be made within 7 working days, after this time the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. When contact is made after the 7 working days, return postage will not be refunded (incases of incorrect or faulty goods), however returns requests will be accepted for up to 21 days after receipt.

Upon ordering you agree that communication will be via email. This enables me to dispatch orders quicker, respond to emails with all information/help you need, and keep the website up to date. If there is further information needed for your order, please respond as soon as you can to avoid any delay in dispatching your order.

Quantities (including weight) given are approximate, and where stated, a 'mix' is not guaranteed to contain all colours/letters shown; the photo is for guidance only.
Sizes/colours are guidelines only. The use of terms such as 'gold' and 'silver' refer to colour only and not material.
Some items are handmade, so slight variations are to be expected. Wholesale packs are sent as received, and may contain the odd misshapen bead.
Handmade (by us) items are made to order, the 5 working day dispatch is an estimate for guidance; times will be longer if we are busy. Orders are made on a first come, first served rule. The delivery service you select in checkout will not be upgraded for free because you have not allowed enough time for your order to be made. If you require in stock items quickly, then we suggest you make separate orders for handmade items and in stock items so the handmade items do not delay the rest of your order.
Upon ordering, you agree not to recast/make moulds from any product sold on this site.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Prices are shown in £GBP. The final total will be shown to you prior to completing checkout, and is worked out by Paypal.

Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. If making payment via Paypal's echeque or postal order, items will remain for sale until payment is received/cleared. Making an order does not guarantee our acceptance of the order; we have the right to cancel an order at any time.
You will be sent a dispatch notice email. Most packages are sent via Royal Mail first or second class delivery. Orders may require a signature when delivered.
Please note that if you fail to collect your package from the post office, or you provide an incorrect/incomplete address, you will need to pay the second postage cost to have it resent.
Overseas buyers - You are responsible for any customs charges your country applies, and any administration/processing fees the delivery company may charge. It is your responsibility to know your country's custom rules. We have no control over the time customs may take to process your package. Only the correct information will be used on customs forms.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be made known within 7 working days of delivery.
